Retail Sales Manager Job Requirements:

• Retail Sales Experience (1-2 years preferred, Manager experience mandatory)
• Documentation of accomplished sales goals upon interview preferred
• Open availability (working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime)
• Dependable transportation
• Self-starter with a continuous positive attitude
• Integrity with sales and with customers
• Career and goal oriented
• Strong negotiation skills
• Passion for serving others
• Competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.

• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone or written note

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
